Like the rest of the villas, the highlight of “Le Soleil” Villa is the outdoor areas, the views and the closeness to the sea: the veranda, equipped with a dining table for 12 people and a seating area, offers a sense of connection with the sea and nature presenting a magical view, just a few steps away from the water.
The villa’s interior layout unfolds into 3 levels. Built in 2024, it offers separate living and sleeping zones for extra comfort, including a breakfast bar and outdoor dining and seating terrace. The ground level terrace offers breathtaking sea views and a sense of absolute connection with the sea. Siting on the terrace you can gaze into the Mediterranean and at the same time your loved ones can play on the calm and protected beach.
ACCOMMODATION DETAILS
The largely open-plan area on the ground floor is sun-bright, with large balcony doors welcoming the endless views of the Aegean sea. The kitchen is contemporary and fully equipped with all the necessary small and large devices, such as a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, espresso machine etc and also offers a breakfast bar area. For extra comfort, a half bath is also available.
Relax while gazing at the sea, enjoy your breakfast at your comfort or indulge in a romantic dinner under the stars.
Discovering the first floor, “Le Soleil” Villa reveals even more lures. The 1st master bedroom offers a balcony, a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower and even more spectacular views of the Aegean blue sea. The second double bedroom has a balcony as well. You can enjoy the sunrise or the crystal-clear reflection of the moon, relaxing on your own private setting. Lastly a third bedroom is found, which has two single beds and shares a full bathroom with one of the double bed bedrooms. On the lower level 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers can be found. Two master bedrooms with double beds with an en-suite full bathroom each, and a third bedroom with two single beds and a dedicated full bathroom on the same floor. Guests can relax, charge up or indulge in an afternoon nap. A laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer, a separate suitcase storage area is also found here, for our guests’ convenience. Free Wi-Fi is available on all floors and a 60-inch Flat smart TV embraces the entertainment needs.
All floors and rooms are fitted with air conditioning should guests feel the need to adjust the temperature in any room independently. A small, dedicated area just in front of the house is also offered for sunbathing and as a play area. One car parking space per Villa is reserved, additional cars can be parked just a few meters away. The sea stays warm until October, so take advantage of the quieter seasons in spring and fall if you’d like to avoid crowds.
