Like the rest of the villas, the highlight of “L’Etoile" Villa is the outdoor areas, the views and the closeness to the sea: the veranda, equipped with a dining table for 10 people and a seating area, offers a sense of connection with the sea and nature presenting a magical view, just 30 steps away from the water. The villa’s interior layout unfolds into 3 levels. Built in 2024, it offers separate living and sleeping zones for extra comfort, including a breakfast bar and outdoor dining and seating terrace.
The ground level terrace offers breathtaking sea views. Siting on the terrace you can gaze into the Mediterranean and at the same time your loved ones can play on the calm and protected beach. The largely open-plan area on the ground floor is sun-bright, with large balcony doors welcoming the endless views of the Aegean sea. The kitchen is contemporary and fully equipped with all the necessary small and large devices, such as a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, espresso machine etc and is separated from the rest of the area by a breakfast bar. For extra comfort, a half bath is also located on this floor.

Relax while gazing at the sea, enjoy your breakfast at your comfort or indulge in a romantic dinner under the stars. Going to the first floor, “L’Etoile" Villa reveals even more lures. A balcony on the double bed bedroom offers even more spectacular views of the Aegean blue sea. You can enjoy the sunrise or the crystal-clear reflection of the moon, relaxing on your own private setting.
A second twin bedroom with two single beds is also located on this floor, having a shared bathroom with a shower. On the lower level 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can be found. One master bedroom with one double bed and an ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with also a double bed and one more room with two bunk beds, sharing a bathroom with a shower on the same floor.
Guests can relax, charge up or indulge in an afternoon nap. A laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer, a separate suitcase storage area is also found here, for our guests’ convenience. Free Wi-Fi is available on all floors, a 50-inch Flat smart TV and a discrete sound system embraces the entertainment needs. All floors and rooms are fitted with air conditioning should guests feel the need to adjust the temperature in any room independently.
A small, dedicated area just in front of the house is also offered for sunbathing and as a play area. One car parking space per Villa is reserved, additional cars can be parked just a few meters away. The sea stays warm until October, so take advantage of the quieter seasons in spring and fall if you’d like to avoid crowds. Building sandcastles or catching up on your tan there's nothing better than renting this beachfront villa.
